A personal exercise plan that will be tailored and progressive. Each week, you will see your body change!

Following a thorough analysis of your exercise past and current exercise routine, and taking into account your fitness level, limitations and lifestyle, I will design you your own personal exercise plan.

Your exercise plan will be progressive and designed to increase your fitness, strength, flexibility, muscle tone and your metabolic rate.  It will be designed to maximise your results and assist you in maintaining your goal weight. Your plan will also be time efficient and so, even those with the busiest of lifestyles will be able to fit in daily exercise.

You’ll receive weekly workout videos that will be catered to all fitness levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced.

LEVEL 1

30 Days

This where you’ll learn to goal set & plan. This is where the foundations are laid to ensure that you achieve your goals & maintain them. 

  • One to One Life & Weight Loss Coaching via phone, Skype, FaceTime or *in person
  • Diet – analysis, education, recipe ideas & weekly monitoring of your food diary
  • A personally tailored & progressive exercise program for either home or gym
  • 30 minute weekly check ins with me via phone, Skype, FaceTime or in person
  • Coaching tools to keep you on track such as food & exercise diaries, menu planners
  • You’ll also get 30 days access to the private members only Facebook page, where you’ll get additional recipe ideas, extra workout videos, motivational posts & all the latest information on weight loss & fitness. You’ll also get contact & support from all of the other members.
30 Days
LEVEL 2

60 Days

After you’ve completed level 1, you’ll go on to level 2 which will take you up to 60 days. Here you will set a new goal, reinforce your new healthy eating habits & start to really see changes in your habits & mindsets. You’ll also hi-light any issues that may have held you back in the past from maintaining a happy & healthy weight.

  • One to One Life & Weight Loss Coaching via phone, Skype, face time or *in person
  • Continued diet analysis and monitoring. New recipe ideas!
  • A new tailored progressive exercise program for either the gym or home. After 30 days of my exercise program, you’ll be stronger, fitter, more toned & ready for the next level.
  • 30 minute weekly check ins with me via phone, Skype, face time or in person
  • Continued access to private members only Facebook page
60 Days
LEVEL 3

90 Days

This is your last 30 days & you will have firm healthy eating habits in place that feel totally natural. You will also be feeling the full benefits of eating healthily, including more energy & great skin. You will now be at level 3 of your exercise plan & will certainly be noticing the changes in your body shape, muscle tone & strength. You will have developed a healthy positive mindset, be more self-aware, more confident & will have all of the tools in place to ensure that you never need to consider losing weight again! Sadly, I won’t be seeing you again…. but this is a positive thing! 🙂
